Intellectual Property, Digitization, and Digital Media
The certificate in intellectual property, digitization, and digital media covers the legal, technical, and business fundamentals of intellectual property (IP) management relating to digitization and digital media and explores the emerging consequences and opportunities within this field. The program is designed to enhance your IP management skillset and help you navigate the complex questions that arise from using and publishing digital media.
This certificate is offered in partnership with UMUC's Center for Intellectual Property, a pioneer in intellectual property management education and research.

Students must take the following courses:
UCSP 615 Orientation to Graduate Studies at UMUC (0), to be taken within the first 6 credits of study.
