Meet Liberal Arts & Communication Faculty
My classes are usually held at night, and I am teaching students who have been at work all day in a demanding military environment. Psychology lends itself to practical application, and I try to make the course relevant to the military student whenever I can. It's also easy to use everyday military examples to illustrate psychological phenomena; for instance, the importance of social conformity in a military unit.
Director of Graduate and Partnership Programs
My professors were very considerate and caring. In fact, my psychology professor even checked in on me after a class to help explain a concept I was having trouble understanding. It made me feel special that he cared enough to figure out what was going on and tried to help me.
