One-Year Master of Business Administration
People entering the world of business, as well as those assuming greater management responsibilities in their organizations, require a broad array of specialized knowledge. The One-Year Master of Business Administration (CMBA) offers the same award-winning curriculum as our two-year MBA program in a highly concentrated format. The One-Year format offers an interdisciplinary, integrated, and applied degree program. The goal is to prepare students for greater management and executive-level positions by developing key managerial competencies—including critical thinking, systems thinking, team building, decision making, and ethical leadership — that can be applied in any type of business organization.
Program Overview
The 42-credit One-Year MBA program consists of eight five-week academic content courses and three eleven-week business practicum courses. The practicum courses run concurrently with the five-week courses and allow students to apply what they are learning to business challenges faced in their own organizations. Each student is assigned to a cohort of students who work together throughout the entire program.
