I can't emphasize strongly enough my dissatisfaction with the lack of accessible printed materials. All textbooks and other printed materials should be provided in an accessible format in a timely and easy-to-acquire manner—just as they are available to every sighted student. Faculty members should provide the Disabilities Office (or other authorized personnel) with a list so they can make sure alternate materials will be available. In addition, the University should put pressure on publishers to take responsibility for providing equal access.
