I navigate the web pretty much the same way other "normal" people do. Most sites do not give me problems. There are times when I would like to know what is happening in an audio or video clip, but very often there is no text alternative—either a transcript or captions. So often I don't get the full benefit of a particular site. I have seen sites where video and sometimes audio is connected to a PowerPoint presentation, but this isn't all that helpful either. The presentation only lists in bullet points some things the speaker is saying, but I still don't know all the words and find it frustrating that someone/something else is summarizing for me. I'd rather not watch at all, just like I wouldn't really watch a video without captions.
