Invite new, renewed, and increased participation from alumni, employees, friends, faculty, staff, and corporations who believe in and support the mission, vision and goals of University of Maryland University College through the Annual Giving Program. Provide excellent customer service and stewardship to constituents of UMUC throughout the fiscal year.

Many constituents are contacted throughout the fiscal year via personal correspondence and direct mail, alumni events, visits from volunteers and staff and through the annual phonathon. Constituents include alumni, parents, friends, corporations, foundations, faculty, staff, and students.
