UMUC has 36 limited-edition lithographs created for the rededication of the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. About the Phillip Ratner Lithographs
These striking lithographs were created by internationally-renowned artist, Phillip Ratner using a photo–acetate transfer method. The artist used the drawings as preliminary studies for sculptures that are now permanently installed at the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island in New York Harbor.

They depict a variety of immigrants: men and women, young and old, couples and family groups.
