UMUC Announces Winners of First Biennial Maryland Regional Juried Art Exhibition

Opening reception Aug. 6 will showcase 56 of the more than 1,000 submissions received from artists throughout Maryland, Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C.

UMUC to Honor Fallen Soldiers as Part of National Remembrance Roll Call

Volunteers will read the names of more than 6,300 fallen soldiers—casualties of post 9/11 conflicts—this Veterans Day, Nov. 11, 9 a.m.–4 p.m. at the UMUC Academic Center at Largo.
