MBA Dual Degree Options

After earning your MBA, you can pursue one of 10 dual degrees in a specialized field to gain a competitive edge and increase your marketability. Earn your second degree in environmental management, financial management, healthcare administration or another in-demand business discipline.

Or pursue a master's degree in cyber security or data analytics fields and add an MBA as the second degree.

Cohort Learning in the MBA

At UMUC, MBA students progress through coursework in the same group throughout the entire program, allowing you to network with fellow students and strengthen your collaboration and teamwork skills.

With cohorts limited to 25 students, you’ll form lasting relationships with peers and faculty members as you progress through the rigorous program together.

Add a Global Business Focus

The two-year MBA offers the option for a global business focus for those interested in learning about emerging global economies.

MBA Requirements

Standardized tests are not required for admission to the MBA, but if you have scored at or above 70th percentile on the GMAT or already hold a master’s degree, UMUC will waive a 3-credit prerequisite course.
