Crime Scene Investigator

A crime scene investigator is responsible for processing a scene of a crime, which means identifying and collecting all the physical evidence at the scene. In this role, you could be called to collect fingerprints, fibers, and shoe impressions, as well as takepictures of the crime scene. Crime scene investigators follow protocol for the collection of evidence and also secure the chain of custody for evidence.
