Prepare
to Register for Co-op!
This
orientation is for students who have already
submitted an application and learning proposal,
and have been approved by a faculty sponsor to
begin work on their Co-op. If you have not completed
the above steps please contact Cooperative Education
by calling (240) 582-2880 or return to Co-op Home
and select these items from the menu.
We've put this orientation
on-line so that you can come back at any time to refresh yourself
on the procedures of Cooperative Education. Additionally, we've
included forms and examples to use both during the orientation and
as a point of reference during your Co-op session.
Please make sure you
read all of the orientation pages. This orientation contains valuable
information for you so that you can effectively integrate your academic
theory with applied learning in the workplace.
Additionally, we need
confirmation that you have read and understood the content of
the orientation. A verification form is found at the end of the
program for you to complete and submit over the web. Once we receive
the confirmation form, you will be able to enroll in your Co-op
course.
