Mitch Vandiver

Mitch Vandiver was tapped as President of Strategies, Inc. in 2003, following a diverse career in commercial and retail banking. With responsibilities at the regional level throughout the state, Vandiver's measurable successes for these organizations encompassed market development, strides in productivity and profitability, product development, pricing strategies, strategic leadership, personnel management, and applied skill in business and operations.

Vandiver's role as President for the Strategies enterprise is both analytical and tactical, spanning business development, project and relationship management of Strategies’ client companies and strategic partners, stewardship of consulting and administrative human resources, and fiscal health of the organization. Preceded by his reputation of creative problem solving and keen instincts in charting direction for change management, Vandiver both steers the future course for the Strategies organization and delivers direct client services. His formidable package of experience and talents dovetails with and brings new dimension to the firm’s consultant teams.

Vandiver's experience with strategic planning, coaching, performance management, conflict mediation, and extensive background in finance ground him as a key player in Advisory Board development for client companies. Further, his background enables him to contribute strong counsel for clients, in concert with the firm’s strategic partners, and at the corporate level for Strategies. His direct work with developing, launching and marketing new products in retail banking services and rewiring programs and tools for boosting sales enables him to dispense practical, insightful advice on multiple levels for client companies.
