Presenter—Art Jacoby:
This segment of the seminar lays the groundwork for understanding key strategies and tactics that can be employed to build and protect the value of a business. Part one of the program covers the key variables that ultimately determine the value of a business. This ensures that you focus your time and resources where you can have the greatest financial impact. Part two will review key marketing & sales strategies and tactics that can be employed to drive growth and value creation. Both traditional and online marketing and sales activities will be discussed. Part three will cover best practices for protecting the enterprise through the deployment of proven methodologies.

This segment of the seminar focuses on your management team. This team consists of you (the CEO/Owner) and all of the managers reporting directly to you. Creating a world class management team is a “Must Have” for creating and protecting the value of your entrepreneurial enterprise. The presentation will cover best practices for:

• Making sure that you hire and promote the right people for your team
