It is the intention of The Blewitt Foundation (the donor) and the Yellow Ribbon Fund (YRF) to offer scholarship funding to cover full tuition, fees, and course-required books for volunteer caregivers of seriously injured military service members. To qualify for funding, recipients must be enrolled or enroll in a degree or certificate program in UMUC’s undergraduate school for the 2017—18 academic year and certified by the YRF as a volunteer caregiver. Students are required to maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA at all times.
