Brief Statement About Instructor
An attorney with 20 years of corporate law practice, Dr. Mann has extensive international experience in the areas of business transactions, strategic planning, group dynamics, and government relations. Besides private practice, he served as general counsel of Sears Roebuck‚s International Operations and as CEO of ATI, an international investment company focusing on emerging nations.
