Brief Statement About Instructor

Dr. Douglas Little is currently a manager in information technology at the Financial Management Service. These systems support the service in its central financial management role within the U.S. Government. He has worked at the organization in various capacities for over 20 years.

Dr. Little has taught graduate students in the areas of financial management and economics for several years. He earned an MA degree in management and a PhD degree in economics from The Catholic University of America. He earned a BS degree in business and finance from Mount Saint Mary's College in Emmitsburg, Maryland.
