Brief Statement About Instructor

Dr. Petrello has taught accounting, economics and related financial subjects on the graduate and undergraduate level for more than thirty years. He has held administrative positions as dean of several business schools and vice president and provost of Bryant College (now Bryant University). He joined the UMUC Adjunct Faculty in the year 2000 and has been a nine month online professor for the past three years. Petrello is a Board Certified Examiner and Diplomate of the American College of Forensic Examines and has done consulting in forensic economics and forensic education for the past fourteen years. He has coauthored texts in business management and personal finance published by the Macmillan Press and has written extensively for the Association of Independent Colleges and Schools located in Washington, D.C.
