Brief Statement About Instructor
Les has spent about half of his career in the business world and half in the academic world. He has testified as an expert witness in accounting, economics, and finance in more than 100 cases of commercial litigation involving patent infringement, breach of contract, antitrust, securities litigation, fraudulent financial reporting, and electric utility regulation.
