Brief Statement About Instructor

Dr. Fawson is an HR professional with experience in both the corporate and academic worlds. Dr. Fawson holds a PhD in educational psychology from the University of Chicago. She is currently the president of her own consulting company, the Training Impact Group, which works with Fortune 100 companies to determine the bottom-line impact of their training programs. Dr. Fawson has taught for UMUC for 5 years.
