IACBE Recognizes MBA Program’s Accreditation at Annual Conference

Mike Evanchik, chair, and Nancy Gentry Glenn, assistant director, Business and Executive Programs, attended the 2005 International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education (IACBE) Annual Conference in San Antonio, Texas. The MBA program was recognized on Friday, April 8, 2005, for obtaining its accreditation.

In July 2003, IACBE issued initial accreditation to UMUC for the MBA program. IACBE is a specialized accrediting body for business and business-related degree programs at the baccalaureate and graduate degree levels in colleges and universities. IACBE measures the effectiveness of business education through outcomes assessment.
