Symposium Archives

June 16-17, 2005
University of Maryland University College
Inn and Conference Center
Adelphi, MD

The two day symposium focused on issues relevant to the higher education community and the delivery of copyrighted content across campus networks. In addition to the keynote speaker and a lecture delivered by attorney Kenneth Salomon, five panels discussed how copyright interfaces with culture, law, and education. We have presented below a few highlights in Real Media audio and video. Please see the previous programming webpage for a complete listing of the panelists and presenters for the 2005 symposium.

The conference binder, containing selected presentations and relevant articles, from this two day symposium is available for $40. Please fax the completed Order Form to 240-582-2961. For further information, contact Jack Boeve at 240-582-2965 or jboeve@umuc.edu. Below are selected audio highlights of the presentations and panel discussions.
