Online Workshop Registration Information
PeopleSoft EMPL ID
Your PeopleSoft EMPL ID is a seven digit number that is your unique indentifier in UMUC's PeopleSoft database.
You can find your PeopleSoft EMPL ID in the Staff Portal. Login to the Staff Portal at https://www.umuc.edu/myumuc/. Click on the Staff Portal link and you will see the link to "HR Self-Service" at the top. Click on this link and you will find the "Appointment Documents" link. Click on this link and then click on "Search" to see your latest (or last) teaching contract information. Your Empl ID will be near the top left of your screen. Faculty can also find this number on their UMUC Faculty ID cards.
New faculty who have been hired but are not yet staffed to teach a course can locate their PS EMPL ID in their hiring documentation.
Enter your EMPL ID on the Workshop Registration Form or Faculty Forum Registration Form. CTL needs this information in order to track your participation and completion, as well as information for completion of the CTL Basic and Advanced Workshop Certificate Programs. Thank you!
