Meet the Ambassador

Meet the Ambassador BannerPurpose: University of Maryland University College (UMUC) “Meet the Ambassador” program affords students, faculty and staff the opportunity to get a better appreciation and understanding of the United Sates’ world neighbors. To that end ambassadors to the United States are invited to guest lecture at UMUC on topics relating to geopolitical, economic and cultural issues affecting relative to their relations with the United States.

Audience: The audience will comprise current students and alumni, faculty, staff, and people from the local community, members of the University Systems of Maryland regents and UMUC Board of Visitors.

Program: The series runs twice a year, Fall and Spring semesters.
