Accessing Class Rosters in MyUMUC

UMUC has instituted a new procedure for accessing student information in class rosters. Many faculty members have requested the availability of students' names, e-mail addresses and phone numbers all on one page for easy access. This is now available to through MyUMUC's Faculty Portal. To access this new feature:

  1. Login to MyUMUC and click To Faculty Portal.

  2. Select MyAcademics from the menu and then click Access Class Rosters.

Please Note:

  • Only students who are enrolled in the class appear. If a student has withdrawn, her information does not appear on the final class list.
  • An email and phone number only appear for a student if she has specified a preferred email and/or phone number in her MyUMUC Student Portal.
