Prospective Students:

• Complete and submit the FAFSA using UMUC school code of 011644
• Apply for admission to UMUC
• Once admitted, go to "View My Financial Aid" on MyUMUC to complete the Financial Aid application process

Please note: You will not be able to view your financial aid information in the MyUMUC portal until you've been admitted to the university and we have received your ISIR (results of the FAFSA) from the U.S. Department of Education. The receipt of your SAR/ISIR by UMUC creates your new financial aid record for the academic year.

Current Students:

• Complete and submit the FAFSA
• One week after you submit your FAFSA, go to "View My Financial Aid" on MyUMUC to complete the application process. You should see that UMUC has received the results of your FAFSA from the U.S. Department of Education. You will also see a list of other documentation that is needed to complete your financial aid application. All forms can be completed online at MyUMUC!
