Very nice issue. The various articles on ethics were interesting, timely, and well written. Congratulations.

It's great, wonderful, and keep up the good work! I think we need to do more to publicize student achievements as well. . . . perhaps a student version?

I never read FYI Online anymore because I don't find time to pull it up online.

Congratulations on an excellent job. It's very well done. I read it through when it appears.

I used to read the newsletter faithfully, but to be honest, I no longer read it at all. It just seems a nuisance to have to open it up and print it out myself. I much preferred the printed version.

Since you ask, I'll put in my two cents to the effect that FYI Online is a fine effort [with] lots of potential to disseminate information and, more importantly, knit together a far-flung university and foster a sense of real collegiality. So thanks, and keep up the good work. I particularly liked the way you handled the Jefferson Cronin material [in the March 2002 issue]; he is most deserving of wider notice, I believe.

Put in more about less.

I like the messages from UMUC "heavies" in FYI Online. These messages give useful information of new or altered UMUC strategies. I also like the announcements of new business or programs undertaken by UMUC, such as the military connections recently forged, and those of upcoming faculty training opportunities.

James J. Stewart
