Kudos Tana Bishop,
associate dean for administration, Graduate School, and Claudine SchWeber,
associate vice president, Office of Distance Education and Lifelong Learning,
authored the article "Linking Quality and Cost" in the book
Elements of Quality Online Education, Vol. 3, published by the
Sloan Consortium. The book is an
edited volume of solicited papers from a workshop held last fall in Lake
George, New York, and includes information on learning effectiveness,
cost effectiveness, student satisfaction, and faculty satisfaction in
online learning.
