Prince George’s Metro Center III is located at the corner of Belcrest and Toledo Roads in Hyattsville, across the street from Prince George’s Plaza. UMUC’s offices are on the seventh floor. The building is a short walk (about 5 minutes) from the Prince George’s Plaza station on Washington Metro’s green line.
Visitor Parking
The visitor parking lot, located at the corner of Belcrest and Toledo Roads, may be entered from Belcrest Road. The cost is $1 per hour, with a maximum charge of $7 per day. Additional visitor parking is available in the parking garage on Toledo Road. All other parking around the building is reserved.
From the visitor parking lot, enter the ground level of the building via the main door facing the parking lot. Proceed to the right or left of the main reception desk to the elevators in the center of the lobby.
From UMUC Headquarters in Adelphi Exit UMUC headquarters by making a right onto Campus Drive. Take the next left onto Adelphi Road. Turn right onto Belcrest Road and travel about 0.3 miles, and turn left into visitor parking. Optionally, you may turn left onto Toledo Road and proceed to the parking garage on the right.
From UMUC’s University Centre Location Travel south on Baltimore Avenue (US Route 1) for about two miles. Turn right onto East-West Highway (MD Route 410). Turn right onto Belcrest Road and travel about 0.3 miles, and proceed past Toledo Road to the visitor parking lot entrance on the right. Optionally, you may turn right onto Toledo Road and proceed to the parking garage on the right.
From Baltimore Take the Baltimore-Washington Parkway (MD Route 295) south. Exit onto Riverdale Road/ East-West Highway (MD Route 410) west toward Hyattsville. Follow East-West Highway past intersections with US Route 1 and Adelphi Road. Turn right onto Belcrest Road and travel about 0.3 miles, and proceed past Toledo Road to the visitor parking lot entrance on the right. Optionally, you may turn right onto Toledo Road and proceed to the parking garage on the right.
From Annapolis Take US Route 50 west toward Washington. Exit onto Riverdale Road/ East-West Highway (MD Route 410) toward Hyattsville. Travel for about four miles. Follow East-West Highway past intersections with US Route 1 (Baltimore Avenue) and Adelphi Road. Turn right onto Belcrest Road and travel about 0.3 miles, and proceed past Toledo Road to the visitor parking lot entrance on the right. Optionally, you may turn right onto Toledo Road and proceed to the parking garage on the right.
From Montgomery County and Points West Take the Capital Beltway (I-495) toward College Park. Exit at New Hampshire Avenue (MD Route 650) south toward Takoma Park. At the second light, turn left onto Adelphi Road. Stay on Adelphi Road for 3.6 miles. Turn right onto East-West Highway. Turn right onto Belcrest Road and travel about 0.3 miles, and proceed past Toledo Road to the visitor parking lot entrance on the right. Optionally, you may turn right onto Toledo Road and proceed to the parking garage on the right.
From Alexandria, VA and Points South of Washington
Take I-295 north toward Baltimore. I-295 becomes the Baltimore-Washington Pkwy (MD Route 295). Exit onto Riverdale Road west toward Hyattsville/New Carrollton. Riverdale Road becomes East-West Highway (MD Route 410). Follow East-West Highway past intersections with US Route 1 and Adelphi Road. Turn right onto Belcrest Road and travel about 0.3 miles, and proceed past Toledo Road to the visitor parking lot entrance on the right. Optionally, you may turn right onto Toledo Road and proceed to the parking garage on the right.
From Downtown Washington D.C. From Massachusetts Avenue NW, turn left onto North Capitol Street NE and travel for about 2.2 miles. Exit onto Irving Street NW toward Catholic University and the National Shrine. Turn left on Michigan Avenue NW, which turns into Queens Chapel Road after about two miles. Follow Queens Chapel Road for another 2.2 miles. Turn left onto East-West Highway (MD Route 410). Turn right onto Belcrest Road and travel about 0.3 miles, and proceed past Toledo Road to the visitor parking lot entrance on the right. Optionally, you may turn right onto Toledo Road and proceed to the parking garage on the right.
