LEO: How Do I - Edit My Email Signature

You can add, edit, or delete an email signature at any time.

Step 1: Click Account Settings in the course navigation area.

Step 2: On the Account Settings page, click the Email tab. Type a signature and click Save or Save and Close
Your signature will automatically appear in all messages you send from class.

Tip: To view how your signature appears to your classmates, check the box to:

  • Send a copy of each outgoing message to your email address
and/or
  • Save a copy of each outgoing message to the Sent Mail folder
