WebEx: How Do I - Join a Meeting Using WebEx One-Click

WebEx One-Click is a software that you can use to create a meeting, join a meeting, or schedule a meeting. The instructions below apply to UMUC US Staff who have the WebEx One-Click software installed on their computers.

In order to successfully join a meeting, the following are required:

  • The meeting has to be on the same site as your account
  • The meeting credentials must be known prior to joining the meeting
Step 1
Open WebEx One-Click by double-clicking the WebEx One-Click icon.
Step 2
Enter your email address or meeting number and select Join Meeting.
Step 3
Enter the Meeting password and select OK.
