Polaris: Issue - Account Locked Out After Unsuccessful Login Attempts

Issue:

Polaris account is locked out after failed attempts to log in.


Cause:

After six (6) unsuccessful login attempts (consecutive) to Polaris, you will be locked out of your account for ten (10) minutes.


Solution:

If your account has been locked out due to failed login attempts, please wait for ten (10) minutes, and then try resetting your Polaris password.
