TK20: How Do I Create an Application Form?

The Application Forms section enables you to complete forms that are necessary for admission to various programs within the college.

Note: You can view an application form by clicking on its name in blue from the Application Forms window.

To create an Application Form:

Step 1

In the Side Menu, under Application Forms, click Create.

Step 2

Choose the appropriate form from the drop-down menu.

Step 3

If you would like to attach a document to the form, click the Documents sub-tab, and in the upper left-hand corner of the Attached Documents box, select add new. Click Browse in order to locate the file on your computer. Enter a Title for the file, and click the Upload button.

Step 4

To save the application form, click Save from any sub-tab of the form.

Note:

The Total Space Usage, which is displayed next to the Save and Cancel buttons, is the total amount of space that you are allotted for all documents that you upload from your computer into the system. If you need to have this limit extended, please contact our team for support.
