TK20: How Do I Attach a Document to an Artifact?
Once you have filled out the Artifact sub-tab when creating an artifact, you will then be able to upload documents (if necessary). To do this, follow the steps below:
Once you have filled out the Artifact sub-tab when creating an artifact, you will then be able to upload documents (if necessary) Click on the Documents sub-tab.
Note: The Total Space Usage, which is displayed next to the Save and Cancel buttons, is the total amount of space that you are allotted for all documents that you upload from your computer into the system. If you need to have this limit extended, please contact our team for assistance.
To add a document, click the add new button that appears upper left-hand corner of the Attached Documents box. This will bring up the Attach a New Document screen.
Click the Browse button to browse your computer for the appropriate file. You may upload any type of computer file.
Assign the document a Title (required), and click the Upload button to attach it to the artifact. To exit without attaching a document, click the Cancel button.
If the artifact template requires standards, a Standards sub-tab will be available. To add standards to your artifact:
In the Standards sub-tab, click the add new button, then select the desired standards body from the drop-down menu. This will display the list of standards.
Check the boxes beside the desired standards. By clicking the standard, you can select all sub-standards within. You can also select all standards by checking "Select All." When you are finished making your selections, click Add.
When you are finished creating the artifact, click the Save button.
To remove a standard, fill in the checkbox to its left and click the remove button.
