MyUMUC: How Do I Confirm I Have Accepted My Appointment Document?

To confirm that you have accepted your appointment document:

Step 1

Log into MyUMUC

Step 2

In your Faculty Portal, select the ContractCenter tab on the top menu.

Step 3

In the ContractCenter section, click the Appointment Documents link.

Step 4

Click on the yellow Search button. You will be taken to your Class Assignments page.

  • If you are requested to choose an employee record, please select or insert 0; or if you are teaching an overload class, please select or insert 1. Choose = from the drop-down next to Empl Rcd Nbr prior to clicking the Search button.
Step 5

Locate the course in your Class Assignments page. If you have accepted your Appointment Document, the time and date of the acceptance will be displayed in the lower right-hand corner of the Class Assignment.
