TK20: How Do I Request Feedback on an Application Form?

After you have saved and re-opened an application form, you will be able to request feedback on the form by clicking on the request feedback button in the upper right-hand corner. This will bring up the Request Feedback screen.

To fill out the feedback request:

Step 1

Enter a Title (required) and a message to the recipient(s) of the request.

Step 2

In the Send Request To field, enter the full or last name of the user(s) to whom you are sending the request.

If there is more than one user in the system with one of the names that you have entered, you will need to click the check names button in order to select the appropriate recipient.

Step 3

To send the request to a user group, highlight the group in the User Groups list.

To select multiple user groups, hold down the [Ctrl] key on your keyboard while selecting the desired groups with your mouse.

Step 4

If you would like, you can change the Priority of the message and/or attach an Evaluation Tool by using the drop-down menus.

Step 5

Once you have finished entering information into this screen, click Submit. (You will not need to Save the artifact in order to send the feedback request.)

Notifications of feedback received will be located in the Messages section of your Home tab.
