LEO: How Do I - Import Questions into the Question Library from an Existing Collection (Faculty)


Navigation Bar View 


Step 1: Click My Tools on the navigation bar and select Self Assessments from the drop-down menu.
     




Step 2: Click the Questions Library tab.

 




Step 3: In the Question Library, click Import.     





Step 4: Select From an Existing Collection on the Import Source drop-down list.          





Step 5: In the Source Collection drop-down list, select the source where existing questions reside.

 



Step 6: In the Source Section drop-down list, choose the Collection Root or a specific section from which existing questions reside.

 



Step 7: Select the questions you want to import and then click Save.

Widget View

This feature is available to Program Chairs only.


Step 1: Select Admin Tools drop-down menu from the top of the Course Home page and select Course Admin.

Step 2: Select Self Assessments under Assessment.

Step 3: Click the Questions Library tab.

 




Step 4: In the Question Library, click Import.     





Step 5: In the Import Source drop-down list, select From an Existing Collection.  
         





Step 6: In the Source Collection drop-down menu, select the source where existing questions reside.

 




Step 7: In the Source Section drop-down menu, choose the Collection Root or a specific section from which existing questions reside.

 



Step 8: Select the questions you want to import and then click Save.
