- The Course Content link does not appear in your class.
- Media does not open or the page is blank.
- Links are inactive.
- Security settings in Internet Explorer version 10 or higher block unsecured or mixed content by default.
The Solution: On the Only secure content is displayed pop-up window appearing at the bottom of the page:
- Click What's the risk? to learn more.
- Click Show all content to allow the Course Content link to display in your class.
To determine which version of Internet Explorer you are using, click the Tools button on the top-right corner of your browser and then select About Internet Explorer.
