LEO: Issue - Course Content Link not Displaying when Using Firefox

LEO Course Content link is not displaying when using Firefox Browser

You may see that the media does not load or that the page is blank. You may also see an inactive link.

New security measures have been adopted by some browsers regarding mixed content. Therefore, some embedded media may not be viewable in the content area.

Firefox version 23 or higher blocks unsecured or mixed content by default. Click Firefox drop-down arrow on the top-left corner of your browser, select Help and then select About Firefox to find out what version you are using.

Follow the steps below to resolve this issue:

Step 1

A small icon of a shield will appear on the left side of the address bar if the page you are viewing contains unsecure content (the link is using HTTP instead of HTTPS)

Step 2

Click on the shield and then click on Learn more to read about the risks.

Step 3

Click on the shield, click on the menu drop-down arrow beside Keep Blocking and select Disable Protection on This Page if you feel that this is appropriate after evaluating the security risk.
