LEO: How Do I - Resolve Student Exam/Quiz Pager Error (Faculty)

 


Navigation Bar View 

The steps below will help you assist a student reporting the following error: You must complete the following quizzes for alerts to be enabled followed with name of the quiz when clicking the envelope icon to access the Pager beside a quiz.

Step 1
Click My Tools on the navigation bar and then select Quizzes & Exams.

Step 2
Scroll to the quiz reported by the student, then click the black dropdown arrow and click Grade.


Step 3
Find the Restrict to field and using the down-arrow select Users with attempts in progress. Then click on the magnifying glass to do a blank search.


Step 4
Search for the student’s name and verify there is a second attempt still in progress. Submit the exam through the icon of two figures (grey and white) and this issue will be resolved.

Select the drop-down arrow adjacent to Admin Tools on the menu bar and select Course Admin.

Click Quizzes in the Assessment section.

Scroll to the quiz name reported by the student and then click the black dropdown arrow. Click Grade.
