Parchment: How Do I - Navigate the Parchment Transcript Request Order System

This article provides instructions for navigating the Parchment Transcript Ordering System’s Home Page. Returning customers can login to Parchment and use these instructions to manage their accounts.

Sign in to Parchment
  • Click the link to open the Parchment Transcript Ordering System.

 

Parchment Transcript Ordering Service

 

  • Login to your Parchment Account using your Parchment password and the e-mail address you used to create your account. If you do not have a Parchment account, click Create a New Account to create one.
Home
  • On the Select Documents page, select the type of transcript you wish to order.                                                      
My Account
  • Selecting the My Account tab will take you to the screen displayed in the adjacent box.
  • You can perform the procedures described below from the My Account screen:

                            1) View/Edit My Account Information

                            2) View/Edit My Address Book

                            3) Change My Password

Order Status
  • You can check the status of your order(s) by selecting the Order Status tab.                                                           
  •  Select the View button at the top of the page to access a summary of your order and its status. You may also view your order history and comments pertaining to your order.
Support
  • Select the Support tab to browse Frequently Asked Questions.
