LEO: How Do I - Create a Survey Report (Faculty)

If your class menu looks like this, click here. This feature is not available in classes that look like this.


Navigation Bar View 

Step 1:  Select the survey for which you want to create a report. In Edit Survey, select the Reports Setup tab, then select Add Report.





Step 2:  Enter your report name, adjust optional settings, and then select the appropriate roles to share your report for viewing. Click Save.


 



Step 3:  ClickSave and Close.
