What is Tuition Reimbursement?

Tuition reimbursement is a workplace benefit where employers pay back employees for education expenses. The student is responsible for payment of their tuition and fees by the due date regardless of whether their employer has reimbursed them.

Please note:

  • An Employer Reimbursement Program is not the same as Tuition Assistance
  • The University of Maryland University College does not accept "conditional" tuition agreements
