To cancel a transcript order, send an email to the Office of the Registrar at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Your name
- Your student ID number
- The Parchment order number or Document ID number
Transcript orders are fulfilled within 1 to 3 days, so we encourage you to send a cancellation request within 24 hours of your initial order.
While you may call to cancel a transcript order, we recommend submitting your request in writing to the email address listed above.
