Transcripts: How can I check the status of transcripts sent to UMUC?

Step 1: Go to and click MyUMUC.

Step 2: Log in with your username and password.

Step 3: Click Student Center.

Step 4: Under Academics on the left panel, click My Academics.

Step 5: Under My Academics, click View My Previous Education.

Step 6: Under External Education, a row titled Action will appear:
  • A status of Desired indicates the transcript has not been received.
  • A status of Received indicates your transcript was received on the date displayed.
You may notice multiple rows displaying a status of Received for the same transcript. This can occur
due to additional processing associated with your transcript and does not indicate we received multiple transcripts for you.
