University of Maryland University College (UMUC) offers student services on the Prince Frederick campus of College of Southern Maryland, making it convenient for College of Southern Maryland graduates and other area residents to continue their education close to home.

Advising

Directions and Parking
From Route 4 in Prince Frederick, turn onto Route 231. The Prince Frederick Campus is on your right.
From Charles County, follow Route 5 heading south to Hughesville. At the light in Hughesville, turn onto Route 231. Travel approximately 10 miles. The campus will be on the left.

Computer Labs
UMUC students have access to computer labs on the Prince Frederick Community College campus. Call 443-550-6000 for information on the hours and availability of computing facilities.
Library Services
The Prince Frederick campus features a 2,951 square feet library with print and on-line resources and an additional two learning labs providing 76 student computer workstations. Please call 443-550-6000 for hours and additional information.
At the Student and Faculty Services Center in Adelphi, UMUC librarians are available Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., in Room 2255. UMUC staff members are also available during selected hours at McKeldin Library at College Park (UMCP campus). At either location, you can access the online catalog of the University System of Maryland (USM), more than 100 databases (over 50 of which provide full text journal and newspaper articles), and tutorials on how to do research. Materials from any USM library can be delivered to you at the Student and Faculty Center, Room 2255.
