Services at Cecil College

Computer Lab

The computer lab is located on the 3rd floor of the Technology Center, in Room 316D.

Placement Testing

Online placement tests are offered at this location by appointment. These tests are complimentary for UMUC students. Learn more about placement testing.

Additional Amenities

UMUC students may use the Seahawk Cafe and the Fitness Center.

The Seahawk Cafe is open Monday–Thursday, 7:30 a.m.–7 p.m., and Friday, 7:30 a.m.–5 p.m.

The Fitness Center is open Monday–Thursday, 9 a.m.–7 p.m., and Friday, 9 a.m.–3 p.m.

Online Library

UMUC's online library is available 24/7 to students around the globe. Most printed materials can be mailed at no cost to students in the continental United States, or you can request electronic delivery for journal articles and book chapters. From I-95, take Exit 100. Follow signs for Rt. 272 N. At first light, turn right.

 

Using Public Transit

As of January 13, 2014, the Cecil Transit bus service offers a route that connects Perryville, Charlestown, North East, and Elkton to Cecil College's North East campus and Elkton Station.

Cecil College also has several bulletin boards on campus which serve as a place for students to look for or offer ride-sharing opportunities. These bulletin boards are located in the Administration Building and the Technology Center.
