If you are a member of the U.S. Air Force completing an Associate of Applied Science at the Community College of the Air Force, you may be able to get a head start at University of Maryland University College. Through the Air University Associate-to-Baccalaureate Cooperative, also known as the ABC program, you can transfer credits toward a UMUC bachelor's degree.

Benefits of the ABC Program

  • Build on your associate's degree from CCAF by completing a bachelor's degree from UMUC, a regionally accredited public state university.
  • Receive a binding degree completion contract from UMUC that ensures transfer of your CCAF credits to your bachelor's degree program, maximizing credits awarded to you for prior military training and education.
  • Complete your bachelor's degree from anywhere in the world by participating in UMUC's award-winning online learning program in conjunction with Air University's self-service virtual campus.

Degree Plans

To ensure the maximum amount of credit will be transferred toward your degree program, we strongly advise that you contact an advisor and complete a transfer credit evaluation.
