Through the Navy College Program Distance Learning Partnership (NCPDLP), active duty Navy personnel who meet the following requirements are eligible to participate in a degree completion program with UMUC. Qualified applicants must
Graduate from high school or successfully complete the GED examination. Applicants who haven taken the GED prior to January 2002 must have scored 250 or higher, with no score below 40 on any of the five tests. Those who have taken the GED January 2002 or later must have a total score of 2250 or higher, with no score below 410 on any of the tests.
Have a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.0, or higher, on all attempted college level work at other regionally accredited colleges and universities. (Graduates of U.S. colleges or universities automatically qualify for admission.)
Complete a signed application and submit the $50 admission fee.
