UMUC 360 Support is Here!
Your New 24/7 Helpdesk

UMUC is proud to offer UMUC 360 Support, a new online help center for student and faculty users of MyUMUC, WebTycho, and other learning applications.

Using the UMUC 360 Web site, students and faculty can chat online with the helpdesk, open and submit a help ticket, request a call back, or tap into the self-help knowledge base. They may also reach a representative by phone at 888-360-UMUC (8682) or 301-985-6710.

We are pleased to offer this convenient online service. Going forward, UMUC 360 Support will be the go-to resource for students and faculty to receive technical assistance. Staff will also use 360 Support for WebTycho and learning applications, but will continue to use their current helpdesk for all other support needs.
