Browser Settings and Cache Clearing Instructions
For your convenience, your computer automatically stores copies of frequently accessed pages in its memory cache or disk cache. This way, your computer can quickly reload pages each time you view them without having to retrieve them from the network. However, in the MyUMUC Portal, you should clear the cache regularly to increase your browser's performance and ensure that you are accessing the most recent pages. Many of the problems reported by users can be resolved by deleting cookies and temporary files in the browser.
